Thursday January 23, 2025
Meet in the WHS Auditorium at 10:40am. (Suitcases can be dropped off in the auditorium before school)
11:40am: Bus will leave for Utah State University.
LUNCH: Bring a sack lunch to eat on the way there.
4:00-5:00: All Conference Kick Off!!
5:00: Head to Hotel to Check-In (The Baugh Motel)
5:30: Head to get dinner
6:40: Head to Utah State University for BETWEEN THE LINES
10:00pm: Return to Hotel–Room Check
Friday January 24, 2025
AM Breakfast at the Hotel
8:15am: Head to USU
9:00am-10:15: Workshop #1 USU
10:30-11:45: Workshop #2 USU
11:45-1:15: Lunch on your own, on campus
1:15-2:30pm: Keynote Address USU
2:45-4:00pm: Workshop #4 USU
RETURN TO HOTEL:
Dapper Day/Dinner (Bring your fancies AND a snack to share)
6:30- Head to Skyview High School for SHREK
10:00pm-ish Return to Hotel/Room Check
Saturday January 25, 2025
AM Breakfast at the Hotel—Check out of hotel.
9:00am-10:00am: Workshop #5 USU
10:15am-11:15am: SHOWCASE USU
11:30-12:30pm: CONFERENCE WRAP UP
1:00pm: Lunch on your own. We will go to a fast food area.

- STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THEIR ROOM ONCE ROOM CHECK HAS HAPPENED.
- STUDENTS MAY NOT GO ANYWHERE ALONE.
- STUDENTS MUST CHECK IN WITH CHAPERONES AT APPOINTED TIMES AND MUST KEEP CHAPERONES UP TO DATE ON WHERE THEY ARE,I.E. WORKSHOPS, PERFORMANCES, FOOD COURT, ETC.
- STUDENTS WILL BE A RESPECTFUL AUDIENCE AT ALL TIMES.
- STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES. NOT “HANG OUT”.
- STUDENTS WILL BE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL TO ALL ADULTS.
- STUDENTS WILL BEHAVE ON THE BUS AND IN THEIR ROOMS AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
- HAVE A GOOD TIME AND LEARN.
